Following a complaint and the commencement of a criminal investigation, the Police Ombudsman has today (Wednesday 17 December) arrested a former PSNI officer for several, non-recent offences alleged to have been committed while he was on-duty and a serving police officer.
These include Misconduct in Public Office and a number of serious sexual offences.
