The Police Ombudsman's Office is investigating an alleged incident at Antrim Road, Belfast, on January 10, 2026.
Ombudsman Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw a silver Skoda car and/or witnessed an interaction between a police officer and a man outside the Phoenix Bar between 3pm and 4pm.
